Value addition to Mohva Flower (MADHU HALWA)

The Project Officer, ITDA, Bhadrachalam propose to supply Madhu Halwa (Made with Mohva flower) for Nutrition cum Day Care centers and early child education centers for nutrition Food.The Food Safety Officer, Khammam district taken the sample of Madhu Halwa from our office for analysis, as per instructions of P.O,ITDA. Value addition to NTFP Mohva will be successful, we hope to get good result from the Public Analyst, Hyderabad and bulk order from ITDA. Then tribal women make Halwa instead of brewing Liquor from flower and supply their children to over come malnutrition. OUR PRODUCTION-OUR PROCESSING/VALUE ADDITION-OUR DISTRIBUTION-OUR CONSUMPTION.
